The Importance of Personal Development

The Importance of Personal Development

I believe personal development must be addressed before professional advancement and absolute career success. I’ve worked with many business executives, professionals and everyday people. The stress each carries comes from childhood events, misunderstandings, humiliations, disappointments, mistakes.

Over the course of our lives, our bodies become impacted by emotional experiences that we are supposed to know how to navigate.

Story Travels Far

Story Travels Far

My ancestors spoke in metaphor, and though I know little of those stories I feel them in my voice as I relate my life's knowing.

Through the ages natives of all cultures used symbol in story. All good stories contain a lesson, a memory. Hieroglyphics is story in character. Cave dwellers used pigment to paint on walls with their hands leaving history and myths. Scriptures share lessons in parable.

Making a Difference

Making a Difference

Have you ever asked yourself, what makes the difference in people's lives?

What makes one person successful, vibrant, healthy, filled with positive thoughts, abundantly prosperous and another sad, lonely and seemingly destined to live forever in scarcity?

It’s not birth order or gender.

It’s not what side of town or family you were born into!

The difference lies in the ability to switch on life-changing powers, switch to the rhythm of wholeness, the rhythm of oneness.

Woundedness, Relationships, Love

Woundedness, Relationships, Love

There is nothing more satisfying in a relationship that being with a partner who sees you and loves you for who you are.

They understand that your sometimes hurtful behaviour is not because you are mean and unloving, but because you have been wounded in the past and the past still lives within you. As we learn to understand and accept our partner, we learn to understand and love our self even more deeply, this becomes ‘life mastery’. What hinders people in delving deeply into love and the mastery of love, and expressing deep understanding love, is the woundedness they carry.
