You know that warm self-appreciation feeling you get when you help someone solve a problem. What if that feeling was yours each and every day?
What if you decided to applaud yourself every time you...
do something right?
accomplish a difficult piece of music without berating yourself.
experience a unity and peace within your-self, during episodes that previously caused dis-stress.
What if that warm self-love feeling was with you always? That feeling when you know you are appreciated, respected, engaged? The knowing you are someone else’s first choice – remember when you went for an employment interview and you were the chosen one!
From the pit of your belly that lion roar of self-appreciation that happened – how long did it last? Forever! Ordinarily it lasts until the first disappointment or in the case of a lion, until it is physically of sexually hungry again.
However, we are not the lion.
We do have many stealthy human characteristics to our life and it is learnt and inherited hidden imprints that whisper to often – be humble, less prosperity, less abundance, less self-appreciation, unworthy, say what the people want to hear…not necessarily your truth! This is ugly, self-depreciating behaviour.
Close out disparaging influences.
Stop negative self-talk.
Stop futile over thinking.
Honour your-self, take a deep breath and align with your purpose.
Step into your greatness.
A few days ago I received an email that read…
“During the Abundance seminar In Moscow last February, there was a task to write the contract of abundance. I wrote: To love and to be loved and get joy from life (have a life full of joy). I don’t know if this can be used as a purpose for life?”
Purpose is where we find meaning, where we find what we want to do and contribute. For those who have a sense of spirituality in their life, purpose is interwoven with a sense of meaning and connection. True purpose is woven in the heart, our every life value is aligned with that truth.
The heart knows a thousand ways to speak. Rumi
To love and to be loved. To know that ever-present joy within your heart, like the sun, it shines no matter what’s in front of it. It is there on the clearest of days and during the darkest of storms.
Your true purpose never waivers, it is ever present constant. It is the compass that keeps you aligned with your spiritual wisdom self. My prayer is you will always know this connection.
Aligned with your purpose, this is the true joy of living.
