Good Medicine

There is an integrity when your heart, thoughts and body are aligned.

From the food we eat to our body posture, the words we speak, the care we give to our self and others; the way we focus our mind, the intent of our thoughts, the purpose in our emotional and spiritual heart, these are elements of a truly authentic life.

Gifts we give our self… morning ritual.

I shall share with you my morning ritual – no matter where in the world I am.

No matter what my day’s schedule – the first conscious breath is mine.

What morning ritual do you have to guarantee you start your day well?

I begin my day by waking slowly, listening for the sounds of the outside world.
If the birds aren’t awake yet, chances are I should not be either, if I’m in closed building and can’t hear the outside world waking I breathe and recall the birds of my land, their song and morning chorus.

Tuning into the rhythm of the morning, connecting to the sacred space within and feeling the wonder of being alive.

Breathing deep, opening the portal to the spiritual world. Feeling its flow to family and friends and those who entrust their spiritual heart to the circle of love and loveliness, gentleness, grace and gratitude.

This is a peaceful opening to the day and a connectedness to all within and beyond the routines and patterns of life that indulges and surrounds our day.

Carry through the day the remembrance of the quiet energy of the meditative moments of the morning. Taking every opportunity to be in that moment…

Breathe calm through times of chaos, uncertainty, overwhelm, isolation
and aloneness
Change energy, be creative.
Creative, music, clearing clutter, painting, drawing, writing,

jigsaw puzzles, the photo album, gardening, learn a new language or skill.
Respectfulness, kindness, quiet when requested, laughter, conversations…

These and more assist in holding the space of calm integrity.

Invite a friend, the family to dinner. Whilst we are in these times of isolation do not be lonely. Exchange recipes, make each other’s favourite meals, meet each other via Skype, eat and create inspiring conversation, share your love and laughter, make this a time of togetherness – then set a date and time for the “next time”.

Be Inspired

Close your day in gratitude.

This is a “best time” for many to write in their journal.

Begin a new page or continue on from the former writing.

I suggest you put the date and time of day you write, this creates relativity if you re-visit in the future.

When you write in the spirit of gratitude, you attune to the higher frequencies of your Soul and resonate on the most inspired and love filled wisdoms, genius energies and brilliances.

A life worth living is a life worth writing about. To journal your days, is a powerful tool.

Visualise your dreams

In those times when I am seeking clarity, before I go to sleep I program my dream time, the theta / alpha energy for an answer or picture of what I seek a solution. I then clear my mind and surrender to the energy of the dream time. I respect the dream-time. It is not always my-time, it is dream-time when answers reveal, for me this maybe one dream-time cycle or two or three days, the dream-time solution never disappoints. It brings me deeper into Soul energy.

It is evening whilst I write. My heart is filled with gratitude and I strongly feel the want to express this thought… You cannot be unhappy and grateful at the same time.

Tonight I want everyone to know, there is another person sitting in another corner of the world thinking of you - I look forward again to sweet dreams and wish the same for you my dearest friend.
