Energy Healing

Just as your heart beats many times a minute, your brain emits a certain number of vibrations, or brainwave cycles per second. The main brain-rhythm patterns are High Beta, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.

High Beta: When in study periods or under business deadlines for periods of more than five to six hours a day. High Beta is where people experience executive stress. Certain times of parenting can be in the category of executive stress. It is the anxiety you feel when in slow traffic and you have an important appointment to attend.

The Beta level: is the level in which you live, eat and work most of the time. In Beta, the mind focuses on things of the physical dimension, the physical senses: time, space, intellect, belief, reason. Beta is where you also experience stress, tension, depression, self-doubts, emotional outbursts. It's where you experience negative thinking and dominant left hemisphere of the brain activation.

The Alpha level: is the level in which the mind is focused on inner levels of power and awareness. Alpha is the source of inspiration, intuition and creativity. The mind is free from major worries and frustrations of the physical world. The average person operates in this level only in rare fleeting moments of strong emotion or deep thought.

For a period of time I was a Silva Method lecturer – Jose Silva visited Perth, West Australia. I was delighted to sit and learn with the author of this method and later work with his daughter Laura Silva, supporting her in the Ultra seminars. Working with cancer patients I discovered ways to access deeper levels of healing.

Theta brainwave pattern: is mostly thought of as the sleep state. It is in this brain pattern vibration where we teach people to learn conscious disconnection of the body and the mind, so there's little awareness of physical sensations. In specific Theta meditations you can access your "beyond everyday thinking" mind, to envision the future and discover extraordinary inspiration, life change and empowerment. Through learning how to use and implement the Theta brainwave pattern we learn how to simply and easily turn dreams into reality, achieve our goals and become the person we have the capacity to be - each time we succeed we take ourselves to greater dimensions.
Theta is the brainwave pattern for most mindfulness programs.

Delta: Working with hundreds of individual clients of all ages and walks of life, and through self-inquiry workshops… connecting into my by-birth ancestral native, I was able to specifically designed a way to access the slowest incredibly important level of brain pattern energy for deep trauma healing in the Delta level. This is the level of the deep unconscious. It's the state of very deep sleep, of rest and regeneration.
