Have you noticed how every decision you make either draws you closer to, or further from your purpose. Frustrating eh?
When our life purpose is clearly defined it is easier to stay on track because you are aligned with your entelechy, your greater purpose, ‘your place’ in the universe.
Recently I spoke at a business luncheon and I thought it may be helpful to share my notes with you today.
How do you bring your soul energy into your work process and environment?
How do you know if you are on the same wave length, or place where you feel understood and feel ‘you matter’.
My expertise is addressing the emotional trauma that contributes to physical dysfunction – I have the skill to open difficult conversations, to delve into the life-hurts that hinder people from having the relationships and business success that they set as purpose when they create an annual vision.
Know who YOU are – mostly we know our hurts and woundedness – if that is your place of entirety, then that is also what you attract – no matter how much you try to hide your hurts and broken-ness people read you. Mend you first – not just a running repair – absolutely mend you first so that your fullness is love centred enthusiasm, energy and vitality.
Be true to your spiritual heritage – mostly we are conscious of our cultural heritage – go deeper, learn of your spiritual heritage – know who YOU are. It is in understanding you and being secure in your skin that you have an unwavering knowledge of your truth, of who you are.
In relationships, in business know your wave length – it then becomes easier to share the wave-length of another and quickly know whether you ride the next wave with them or wait for another wave.
Listen from the heart – I hear You, I see You, I love You - when we listen from the heart our silent intent is to understand the other person's outlook.
No matter what the outcome of your meeting, know the other person will walk away inspired with a new perspective on you.
My little toot to you today…
Know who you are…know your intellects, strengths, and capabilities it is through knowing these that you will understand your natural way of being your natural wave-length and be able to tune into the wave-length of another.
Respect the other persons’ view point.
Be Kind it is more important than being right.
Writing this: I am in Bali, Indonesia. I know I have arrived when I feel the sacred spirit of Bali in my heart – that connection happened as I walked into this romantic haven of embrace.
Embraced by love, I feel it in the plants the flowers, the birds calling, blithely the butterflies flit and gecko’s sunning their-self and waiting for an opportunity to capture a tiny meal – I know the energies of this place are looking at me – you can feel their little eyes saying “I see you, I know you I welcome you to my home”.
The Buddhist and Hindu offerings remind of reverence and respect for the energy of this place. Far from the busyness of highways, towns and villages the spirit in my far-away-island-born-heart feels the spirituality of this Sacred River space reminding me, life is spiritual and spirituality is life.
I feel it – perhaps in the springtime of 2020 to invite You to join with David and Myself at this Sacred River space – would You like to receive an invitation? email me.
By the time that you read this, I will have attended and been speaker at the International Kinesiology College conference. I am honoured to be here amongst my international colleagues. Many of us met on this island thirty-five years ago, it was here that research for the many streams of Kinesiology began to take form. This wave of new learning grew Touch For Health and Brain Gym and One Brain weekend courses to a new level of protocols.
It is my privilege to own my place amongst the world of Kinesiology elders.
