Today I think of all the communities around the world and those I have shared my life with.. the known ones like the roots of a huge tree further than we can ever visibly see.. I love the story of our lives and that flow of influence that travels further than our imagination. Gathering stories to make up the fabric of who we are - This is a story of my life that can lead you to the unfolding of your life.. focus on your breath and breathe to bring you back to a calm place - bringing each of us to the place of knowing I make a Difference ….

QUIET MOMENTS meditation with Sylvia Marina Introduction by Kim Bidstrup. This meditation is extensively shared around the world. First recording for cancer patients in 1993 - that was the days of audio tape and was widely distributed through Cancer Support Groups in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Sylvia re-recorded when the world changed over to CD’s and this was when Kim Bidstrup recorded the introduction. Previously is was all Sylvia’s voice. Throughout the years it has helped so many through days of struggle and dark nights of isolation and aloneness.
